70% of sales professionals are regularly missing targets according to survey of business leaders

Business leaders in the UK regard less than a quarter of their sales people as ‘star performers' according to a survey from Artesian, the innovative developer of social intelligence software.  The overwhelming majority reported that almost three quarters of their sales force did not achieve their quotas on a regular basis and classed 30% as weak or struggling.
