Younger generation say they have skills to succeed, but almost 90% worry that employers don't recognise their potential, survey reveals
Arctic Shores has revealed that 87% of 16-24 years believe employers focus too much on past experience, and not enough on potential, during the hiring process. This research follows World Youth Skills Day, and reveals that 3 out of 4 young people feel a lack of relevant experience, or confidence in having relevant skills, holds them back from getting a new job.
