Teradata to Acquire eCircle

Leading analytic data solutions company, Teradata, have announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a Munich-based leader in cloud-based digital marketing, eCircle. By combining the assets of the two companies, along with existing Teradata company Aprimo, they will enable marketers worldwide to create integrated customer experiences across online and offline channels. The acquisition was considered in an editorial piece on IT World, a participatory site that puts IT influencers at the centre of the conversation.
