How Kaspersky Lab and CrowdStrike Dismantled the Second Hlux/Kelihos Botnet: Success Story

Working alongside the CrowdStrike Intelligence Team, Dell SecureWorks and members of the Honeynet Project, Kaspersky Lab have successfully taken down the second Hlux/Kelihos botnet. Within five days of starting the takedown procedure, Kaspersky Lab had neutralised over 109,000 infected hosts. The story made it on to Dark Reading, a site dedicated to IT security news and information.
