Arieso: Operators Risking Customer Experience with Outdated Network KPIs

Mobile and workforce solutions provider Arieso has revealed widespread use of outdated Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs, by today’s IT industry. Using out-of-date KPIs to monitor performance could mean that operators are unable to meet subscriber demand or manage outsourcing. The study, released earlier this month, was covered by IT industry hub Light Reading.
