Over 80% of service desks have disaster recovery plans in place - yet only half know how to implement them, according to new research

New research from the Service Desk Institute, sponsored by LANDesk Software, has found that IT managers aren't taking risks with disaster recovery. The research found that 80% of service desks have a business continuity plan.
